- Hahn & Lamm GbR is the owner and landlord of the properties offered and acts exclusively in its own name and on its own account.
- The following general terms and conditions govern the contractual relationship between you as the tenant and us as the landlord. The landlord is solely responsible for the accuracy of the information regarding the vacation property in the rental agreement. The following general terms and conditions are an integral part of the rental agreement, as are the house rules that accompany the apartment.
- The invoice amount must be transferred by the tenant either immediately or no later than two weeks before arrival to the specified bank account, or via the selected payment method. Depending on the selected payment method, the amount will be transferred automatically. Cash payments are not possible. A 20% deposit is due immediately after booking. The remaining 80% is due two weeks before arrival.
- Cancellation fees up to 2 weeks before arrival are 20% (corresponding to your deposit), after that 100%. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance. Additional costs such as gas, water, electricity, internet, bed linen, towels, and final cleaning are included in the final price.
- The apartments are rented fully furnished. Please report any damage or other defects to the furnishings in the apartments, including any lack of cleanliness, to us immediately so we can rectify the situation.
- Free internet access is available to guests in the apartments. Please note that guests are not entitled to this service. The landlord assumes no responsibility or liability for the websites visited by guests and their content, as well as for any resulting downloads, orders, or other obligations.
- Pets are not allowed in the apartments. At Luv & Lee Baltic Loft Zingst, exceptions can be made upon prior agreement with the landlord.
- Smoking, including the use of vaping devices, is strictly prohibited in the apartments.
- Rules 7-8 must be strictly observed, as subsequent tenants are expressly advised that no pets or smoking have been permitted in the apartments. You are responsible for any claims made against the landlord or us in the event of your injury.
- The apartments may only be occupied by the number of people specified during the booking process. Furthermore, the apartments may not be rented to third parties or otherwise made available for use, either for a fee or free of charge. Unannounced overcrowding will result in immediate termination of the contract without prior notice and immediate eviction from the rental property. In this case, no refund of the rent is possible.
- All prices quoted include the applicable VAT.
- Local taxes (tourist taxes) are included in the rental price. Cancellations must be made in writing and will take effect upon receipt.
- The apartments must be left clean and tidy upon departure. The dishwasher and refrigerators must be emptied, and all garbage must be disposed of. Gas, water, and electricity consumption must be within "normal" limits. Deviations from this may result in penalties without prior notice.

- The apartments are rented with a full inventory. Please report any damage or other defects to the inventory in the apartments, including any defects in the cleanliness, to us immediately so that we can remedy the situation.

The landlord assumes no responsibility or liability for the websites visited by guests and their content, as well as any resulting downloads, orders, or other obligations.
- Pets are not allowed in the apartments. Smoking, including the use of vaping devices, is strictly prohibited in the apartments. These regulations must be strictly adhered to, as subsequent tenants are expressly assured that no pets or smoking has occurred in the apartments. You are responsible for all claims made to the landlord or us in the event of your violation.
- The apartments may only be occupied by the number of people specified during the booking process. Furthermore, the apartments may not be rented to third parties or otherwise made available for use, whether for a fee or free of charge. Unannounced overcrowding will result in immediate termination of the contract without notice and immediate eviction from the rental property. In this case, there is no entitlement to a refund of the rent.
- All prices shown include the legally applicable VAT.
- The tourist tax is not included in the rental price and will be charged additionally in accordance with local regulations.
- The renter has the right to withdraw at any time before the start of the trip. The withdrawal must be made in writing and becomes effective upon receipt.
- The apartments must be left in a clean and tidy condition upon departure. The dishwasher and refrigerators must be emptied, and all trash must be disposed of. Gas, water, and electricity consumption must be within "normal" limits. Deviations may be subject to penalties without prior notice.
